in Pita bread (gyro) with Tzaziki

A yogurt dressing. Spread it on Pita and eat it with Souvlaki
or spoon it over Fried Eggplant

For the meat and potato crowd. Layers of ground beef, sliced
eggplant, potatoes, plum tomatoes topped with béchamel
sauce and oven baked
