Chef Joshua
Michael’s oldest son. Josh grew up in the food business
starting as “the cute little bus boy” who charmed
the customers by clearing their dishes and then falling asleep
at an unoccupied table. He has attended the Culinary Institute
in NY and The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and has worked
in various restaurants and country clubs in and around the
Philly area.
Josh now helps his dad run Maggio’s and along with
his team of carefully chosen chefs, creates Magical Theme
menus and flawlessly executes the food service portion of
our events |
